すべてのレビューを表示Nauris is a really great instructor! He’s very clear in his explanations and encourages people to work at a pace/intensity that works for them. Burn classes tend to be more ‘workout’ style vs Base which is more typical Pilates but I like the difference!

She gives clear instructions and not as much relentless pounding the floor, more sassy dance style, (my knees are handling it so far... ). Plus she has disco lights ! The current space in Camden is big and there lots of room to move. Have done Zumba on & off for 9 yrs or so and she is in the top 5 teachers I've had (out of perhaps 20).
