すべてのレビューを表示Becca’s class was so much fun! She gave clear instructions and had a lot of positive energy. The Taylor Swift songs were EDM/club like versions which made them fun to cycle to. The music was very loud so a small recommendation would be to lower the volume a bit.

Every rep was tough, but I could tell it was worth every drop of sweat. Paige walked around the room, offering personalized adjustments that helped me improve my form and get the most out of each exercise. I’m genuinely excited to continue taking more classes and see how much stronger I can become. If you’re looking for a workout that’s both intense and rewarding, I highly recommend solidcore!

It was my first time taking her class and she took care to remember my name, helped fix my form, and was very welcoming and kind. Class was hot but your body adjusts to it quickly. You work up a great sweat!

すべてのレビューを表示Fun, fast-paced class to get a good sweat in! About half of the time is spent doing strength exercises with dumbbells/body weight and the other half at the punching bag. The punching bag was my favorite part! Got some pent up frustration to take out? Punch it out! Remembering the 6 different punches was a bit confusing since this was my first time and the instructions moved quickly, but I went my own pace. There are visual instructions projected on the wall for the strength exercises, so that was easy to follow. Music and our instructor, Jennifer, were energetic!

They seem to constantly be switching the layout of the actual gym section and sometimes the personal training sessions take up real estate on the floor but usually there are plenty of machines weights etc open. Would recommend for the spa amenities alone, so beautiful + always end up spending most of my time there!

Recently, she has been including an arm balancing series that is challenging but fun and doable with practice. Highly recommend! Cons: the kettlebell options were limited (nothing lighter than 10lbs for straight-arm front raises); the training took place in the lower level of the studio which is like a dark dungeon, super depressing after a whole workday indoors. Don’t know why we didn’t use the upper level which has a wall of windows for natural light.
