すべてのレビューを表示The studio was large and absolutely beautiful. Staff were also friendly and welcoming. Meredith was a great instructor, fully explaining each pose and giving modifications to make flow easier/more challenging. The only critique I have is the size of the class; they should definitely cap the class at a few less people so we can at least have arms length distance from the next person.

すべてのレビューを表示This was my first ever in-person yoga class. Friendly and helpful instructor, clean space, good vibes. My only gripe is that the sprays/soaps used have very strong scents which I’m sensitive to, but now that I know that I can bring my own/avoid the area it’s coming from.

すべてのレビューを表示I really enjoyed Veronika’s class. She was very clear in instructions, eased you in to the experience and guided modifications for those who needed it. We worked through basics and got some time to really sit in each pose which I really enjoyed. Would definitely go back!

Love that this is 0 credits, and adored the poem in the beginning, and community meditation. I think I'll look into if they have guided meditations next.
