I felt completely safe and well guided by Sybille, her having clearly explained all the steps, the two other participants and I experiencing the session for the first time. I felt like emotions have been liberated and I felt lighter after the session, like I found some answers within myself and was able to let go of some energetic weight. I'll definitely be back, as I'm curious to see what another session would bring. If you're hesitant, simply give it a try, I think it's worth experiencing it at least once to see if it's something you like! 😊
