すべてのレビューを表示I’m happy these pedicures from esme are offered on ClassPass but they have issues with inconsistencies in the service they offer and fees. This is my 4th pedicure here and one time they switched it for a dry pedicure because they didn’t have the right tech, one time re scheduled, one time she was able to do French for me in the booking window and 2 other times they said they didn’t have enough time, today I was charged for gel removal even though it was done by esme and I have never been charged before. My pedicure was also only 50 minutes. They just don’t have a good system.

すべてのレビューを表示I had a wonderful experience with Vivian! She was so kind and made me feel so comfortable. I got the hydrofacial and my skin was so glowy after! My skin felt so hydrated and bouncy. I never had my skin feeling so nice! I also had her cat, Prada, and her dog, Valentino, join me for the facial and it made the experience so nice to have these sweet animals comfort and cuddle me during the facial. I will absolutely be back and I'm excited to try other treatments - especially the Korean Lash Lift! Vivian's services are a must!

Great customer service very glad that I was able to find them on ClassPass and I continue to go to them for all my hair laser needs 😎 all of their other services look amazing as well

My experience was calming and the artist was kind and gentle, checked in with me throughout. They lasted for about 3 weeks, and I felt beautiful. great for my honeymoon and my husband was a big fan of them. I’ll definitely be coming back to get lashes here again.

The outside of the building has winter wear, and tear, which is to be expected but once you walk into the cosy home spa, you are taken away to another place.
