すべてのレビューを表示Mansi’s classes are always great. She’s super energetic and makes them challenging. Been working out since 2 years. However, I’m very disappointed with the new class schedule. The 8pm slots used to be the main ones with lower body, upper body classes and were high intensity ones. Now they’re mostly beginner classes. Would appreciate it if the studio can go back to the original schedule.

She does not push you when you cannot compared to other pilates places masters. She respects everyone and can make almost custom to all, adjusting the strength etc. she suggested modifications and asked how do I feel. For me it was intense but I really enjoyed the training and I feel I will come again. Recommend to try with this master.

The instructor explained everything clearly, demonstrated each movement well, and made sure to give every participant individual attention to execute the exercises correctly. She also provided thoughtful adjustments for both beginners and more advanced participants. Some of the movements—especially being upside down—can feel intimidating, but in this class I felt safe and supported throughout.

The studio itself has a calm, soothing ambiance that creates the perfect environment. I’d also like to commend Cyndel for excellent customer service. The strength class really delivered on its name — I was able to lift a good amount of weight while also learning how eccentric movements can be executed on the reformer, which is something you don’t get to do easily lifting in the gym. She is one of the few teachers actually teaches me how to use my body well, other than just teaching the movement and count….. every single session with her is a surprise as I can find my body and movement pattern change.

I like the way she explained each of the movements and which type of muscle we are using l, very in detail. She also focuses on each of our posture to make sure we keep on engaging our core and correct movement. highly recommend to come to this studio. Free parking as well.
