すべてのレビューを表示This was such a different style 20/20/20 class with Kodie and I really liked it! Less jump around style aerobics and more compound lifts with some high intensity cardio and a good stretch session at the end (it’s not yoga at the end tho). Good energy and a great workout!

すべてのレビューを表示I recently attended a Pilates class on a Tuesday, and overall, it was a nice experience. The class size was small, with about six people, which made it feel more personal. The workout itself was more traditional than I expected, focusing on the mind-body connection with a bit of a yoga twist. While I appreciated the approach, I was hoping for something more intense that left me with that post-workout burn, but the reps weren’t long enough for me to really feel it. That said, Tammy, the instructor, was super nice and welcoming. I might try other classes to see if they’re more my style.
