    I recently took my first class at Sweat Circuit with Tracy, and I can't recommend it enough! Tracy's energy was absolutely infectious – from the moment class started, she kept everyone motivated and pushing through even the toughest circuits. Her enthusiasm and positive vibe made the workout not only effective but also fun! Whether you're new or experienced, you'll feel welcome and challenged in the best way.     Krystina was awesome! She was so descriptive and super clear with her instructions. I found this class a little too cardio heavy though. Starting off with really fast lunges made me lightheaded and I struggled to keep up the rest of the time. Krystina always gave modifications and said you could go slower but I really like to move to the beat! I get that there’s only so many slow movements for booty though, so maybe the burn is just more my speed :) thx Krystina!!

I also made sure to arrive 10-15 mins early to acquaint myself with the studio and get properly set up.     Really nice gym. The equipment is boujie and the space was clean. Great lighting and lots of space. The class was three 12 minute circuits. I got a good pump in but didn't think it was very challenging, just a guided weightlifting session. Kemper was a great instructor and was attentive with everyone in class.     My favourite trainer at Kondi! Travis provides practical and specific guidance and coaching to get the most out of each exercise and prevent injury. Overall his classes are great as they focus on slow tempo and time under tension to improve strength and correct form. Anissa was super motivating, described and demonstrated each move multiple times and went around the room to check in on form. The moves were also displayed on screens around the room which was super helpful for reference. Music was upbeat and energizing. This was my second time and I had no trouble keeping up.     Tara is such a great instructor, and has the best music! Excellent cueing and she is so positive and energetic. Not for beginners though- I come to shred at least once or twice a week and it’s always a thorough full body workout. The only thing studio 3 could do better is a little more thorough cleaning and maintenance. Their water filter has the red light indicating the filter has to be changed and it’s been like that for like a year lol, and also the studios and locker room could use a deeper clean.
