I love that she adapted moves to beginner and advanced level so that everyone could participate or challenge themselves. Overall it was such a fantastic class. Thank you girl 💗.

It was my first time, and I was a little nervous, but Chelsea made me feel very welcome from the start. She was also attentive throughout the class, which made me feel comfortable and supported. I really enjoyed the experience and would love to join another class in the future. Highly recommended!

すべてのレビューを表示Amazing class. I was able to do most of the movements with modification. I'm still new at working out, before this I was doing pilates and reformer and it helped with this class. I already feel and see a difference in my posture. Would do it again.

すべてのレビューを表示This class is a MUST for anyone with an office job. the sequence and postures are great for lower back, hips and shoulders. The instructor is very good and gives alot of attention to students. Provides adjustments, moves around to show the posture correctly and even call you by your name. Highly recommend.

The instructor Maria is great, she is patient, pays attention to each participant and makes corrections if needed. I definitely recommend!

However the class was only 35 minutes long including warm up and warm down.. for the amount of credits especially it should be atleast longer than 45 minutes!! that is the standard in Dubai. If the classes are changed to be longer I will definitely be back :)
