すべてのレビューを表示I'm usually not a fan of studios that lock the door right at the start of class time, but outside of that the teacher was very sweet and the flow was creative! We did a couple things I've never done and I've been doing yoga for years. Brava!

The stars are for her NOT the company Corepower.…I don’t appreciate how they market themselves as a wellness company, but it feels driven more by profits than people. すべてのレビューを表示Grace is INSANE! I loved her class!!!!!!!! This was my first time at this studio and I will be back 100%! It was challenging, energetic, fun and I left DRENCHED! I definitely was stopping to catch my breath and didn’t feel uncomfortable about it. She’s awesome 10/10! This was a yoga sculpt emphasis on the SCULPT! Weights were highly incorporated and you definitely get a full body workout!

However, shortly after the class ended, the next teacher came in and started blasting her music. It jolted me out of my relaxed state. I wish she had waited closer to her class time or when most of the previous class had left the room

Bailey helped me a lot with corrections to relieve the tension in my back. It was great after a long week of sitting at a desk. I will definitely be going again.

すべてのレビューを表示I do love this class- challenging and kind instructor- but I wish the music volume was lower. It is deafening and almost painful to me, and it makes it difficult to hear the instruction over the mic. It was hard to follow along because of it.

すべてのレビューを表示Great class. Loved the flow, it was a good challenge. I was definitely pouring in sweat, but the music and our instructor, Christine, made the class very enjoyable. I would recommend this class, however I’d advise having some prior knowledge of the poses as the class moves quickly and not all of the moves are demonstrated.

Emily was especially amazing! She introduced herself to me, and continually checked in on me throughout the class without making me feel singled out. It was truly such a wonderful experience and I’ll definitely be going back!!

There were only 2 of us in the class so it felt very intimate and the instructor was extremely helpful with correcting form and encouraging me to push myself. I also just loved the vibe of the studio, it was very clean and I felt very calm in the space. I’d definitely come back to this class!
