This was my first time at this studio, so was a little confused when the doors were locked, but I was just a little too early and doors opened after the current class was finished. I loved how Jenna took her time with stretching with us at the end it really makes a difference, so very much appreciated. The studio itself is gorgeous and machines and taken very good care of!! This class is Paul-Ho was beautiful, the flow was gentle and smooth, it offered places to reach farther towards my edge, it offered depth and energy but also rest and stillness. I’m so disappointed I work Saturdays I would love to come every week! 🙏🏼😭

She assists, is hands on (which I love also), will give suggestions & modifications, and considerate. Rich was SO knowledgeable and read my body and fitness level and tailored it to my abilities (not super fit lol). Great balance of exertion and stretching. He did a great preview of his personal stretching, he offers 1 on 1 stretching sessions which I highly recommend after experiencing it. He does all the work, you just lay back and relax and release. And the vibe in this studio is always great, no place like it on the Intercoastal with the doors open and the breeze blowing through and the sound of the water.

Ana was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and did a great job explaining each exercise clearly while making sure everyone felt comfortable and supported. Even though it’s a strength and resistance-based class, it felt very calming and peaceful. I left feeling stronger, refreshed, and relaxed. I also loved the music and the overall flow of the class. The studio size is perfect, providing plenty of space while still allowing for personalized attention. This was such a positive first experience, and I will definitely be coming back.
