She made sure everyone had the correct form throughout the class, kept the energy high the entire time, and was smiling nonstop which made the experience even better. The music playlist was AMAZING and had all of us completely hyped from start to finish. Such a fun and motivating workout. highly recommend!

The location is slightly hidden, but there are security cameras facing the parking lot that make it feel safe even when it gets dark. I will definitely be back!
