すべてのレビューを表示I tried functional Pilates for the first time, and I loved it! 😆 I’m not gonna lie… I think I will be feeling it tomorrow, but Gisele was excellent! Her routine had me feeling it pretty much everywhere from abs to arms to hamstrings, quads, glutes, everywhere! I strongly recommend!

すべてのレビューを表示AMAZING! This was such a cool gym. The inside has everything a regular strength training gym would have (possibly some specialty pieces of equipment). Then they have a big outside turf area with lanes, strength training machines, cardio machines and free weights. They held the class even though I was the only one who signed up, INCREDIBLE! And my trainer was Hunter. I felt like he got to know me and pushed me in a way I felt comfortable with. I would HIGHLY recommend this gym and I plan to go back.

Small studio that does class with the doors open—so you get the best of both worlds to be inside but have the breeze from outside, and a view of the inter-coastal. Lindsey was an amazing teacher as well with perfect instruction for all levels. Highly recommend checking them out!

すべてのレビューを表示Susan personality is infectious! She plays a lot of Latin music mixed with some hip-hop some throwback mixes and everyone in there is sweating and having a good time. It's a no judgement zone and there are people of all ages. Most of the choreo is easy to follow and if you are a first timer as long as you are moving you will pick it up. or just put your own flavor to it as it feels more like a dance class than a traditional Zumba class.

すべてのレビューを表示Karen was amazing! She was so sweet and welcoming! It was my first time doing math Pilates I’ve only ever done the reformer and this was harder for me haha it was a great class though! Make sure you arrive a few minutes early if you’ve never been there before, there’s not much signage to bring you to the room. You need to cross through the fitness center go upstairs and it’s the door on your left where the mirrors are.

I used to belly dance professionally with a troupe 10 years ago and I still learned so much about muscle control and isolations. You can definitely take as a beginner or any level because of the in-depth teaching.
