It was clear she was very knowledgeable and her techniques were great! The salon was very clean and nice as well. I saw someone putting tools into a sanitizer, but mine didn’t come from a fresh pack. Overall, pretty much your typical salon. There was no check in for Classpass, but they accepted that I paid ahead of time when I showed my reservation and let me give only the tip.

They confirmed there are no additional fees (no tax), and since tip is customary for any service I did give a tip (bring cash if you can!). She did such an excellent job! The facial was relaxing and my skin felt so good after. A highlight was the neck massage during the facial. It was the perfect pressure and made me want to come back for a full body massage.
