I really appreciated when the instructor told us which muscle we were working bc some of the movements were pretty unfamiliar and I wasn’t sure what I was supposed to be feeling. Overall I really feel like the instructor made this a great experience and I’d love to go back!

Felt a little weak when walking like I’d done too many lunges and squats. Will go again for second treatment in about 7-10 days and hopefully by cold season I won’t be needing to cross my legs if I have a cough. Fingers crossed instead.

I saw someone putting tools into a sanitizer, but mine didn’t come from a fresh pack. Overall, pretty much your typical salon. There was no check in for Classpass, but they accepted that I paid ahead of time when I showed my reservation and let me give only the tip.

They confirmed there are no additional fees (no tax), and since tip is customary for any service I did give a tip (bring cash if you can!). She did such an excellent job! The facial was relaxing and my skin felt so good after. A highlight was the neck massage during the facial. It was the perfect pressure and made me want to come back for a full body massage. I am definitely coming again! Highly recommend. Request Sophia, she works Fri-Mon.

My only minor suggestion is to maybe put up a monitor with the body rolling sequence (start with feet calves etc) since I’ve done it before I kind of knew the gist of it but can imagine for someone whose never done it before could be helpful to have as a guide! The studio is GORGEOUS and spacious, very luxurious. Will be back for a Pilates class next time!
