すべてのレビューを表示To know Mike is to love Mike! He has an awesome mix of encouraging but not taking himself too seriously which really creates an inviting atmosphere in the space. His physical presence is balanced by his goofiness in a way that really “works”. Highlight of the class is often when he gets caught singing in the mic and doesn’t realize we are all listening! He’s one of the Barry’s instructors that first comes to mind when I think of suggesting to a friend that they try their first class.

すべてのレビューを表示I wanna gate-keep, but I gotta shoutout Vinny- best instructor I’ve had at Barry’s ever. Felt like we were out dancing- he used coordinated beat drops and lights, he’s so funny and fun with the best music. Gotta arrange my classes to be with him now. Thanks Vinny!

すべてのレビューを表示This was my favorite Barry’s class so far. I really appreciated how the instructor actually demonstrated the floor exercises in a spot that was visible and used achievable benchmarks on the treadmill. I was sad to hear it’s her last class at this studio, wishing her the best!

すべてのレビューを表示This class is hard! lol go if you’re ready to be challenged. The music isn’t my fave but I must say the instructor is great and he will push you. It’s a great class especially if you’re training for hyrox, a marathon or just trying to improve your overall fitness.

すべてのレビューを表示I go out of my way to go to Dilan’s classes. She consistently has phenomenal music and programming plus she keeps you entertained and motivated throughout class. I’ve taken hundreds of Barry’s classes in multiple states and countries, and Dilan will always be one of my top instructors. Highly recommend her classes (and I wish she would have a weekly evening slot in Chelsea ;)

すべてのレビューを表示Kristin is an awesome instructor! In my experience, I feel like a lot of Barry’s instructors make you feel bad for not going max speed on the treadmill (as someone who is more of a jogger). I did not feel that way at all with Kristin! Would definitely go back.

This was my first time and I really struggled on the Lagree machine, but Stacey demonstrated the movements beside me and corrected my form — while simultaneously giving instructions to both the mega side and the stride side. I honestly don’t know how she did that. Super energetic and motivating vibes and I got a really good work out out of it.

Very much appreciate that the instructors I have taken Jab with - Wilson and Bryndal make the effort to correct form and suggest improvements including how get more power or to go up in weight. The space is well curated and just a good experience.
