    Good class & instructor was lovely. Full body with a good range of exercises that made great use of the reformer. Overall would say it was intermediate level, you would definitely struggle to follow as a beginner, but nothing was overly challenging. Personally would have preferred a bit more challenge but that’s just me!

    Ok i was super skeptical of a dance class because my last year taking dance was 8th grade. I love pilates so stumbled upon this class and took a chance but OMG! This is one of the best classes I’ve ever taken in NYC. The instructor was amazing, her energy was so contagious and she pushed me to my limit!     This class kicked my butt in the best way possible! It was a hard class, but I felt so accomplished afterwards. Instructor Alyssa was great. Love that the studio is not too hot. Mat rental is $5, they take Venmo. Only one bathroom and changing area and they do not let you in until 15 mins before the class so prepare accordingly.

    Mike was always upbeat and motivating, did the workouts with us. He was attentive to us if we were hurt. In general, Conbody is quite fun and motivating! I always come back to Conbody when I'm back for a visit. Workouts are great!
