    Yoga

    The instructor was great! Very welcoming and friendly. The yoga class was suitable for intermediate, with the instructor providing modifications for beginner level so all abilities were welcome. The studio is quite small and the management at snap fitness said i wasn’t on their register even though I had booked through ClassPass, so management need to sort that communication out. But I really enjoyed the class!

    TRX Suspension Training

    Amazing class. Adam was a great instructor, personalising the experience to my fitness level but also challenging me. It was a 30 minute class so I was shocked by how fast I started sweating. It was also varied enough with clear goals and sets to get through. It was an intimate studio but that made for a more hands on, attentive session. The people at this class have also been going for a while but I was welcomed so well and didn’t feel like a weird outsider. Felt like a community, with some children doing their paintings and drawings as we were working out.
