    First time at this location and it blows away the River Oaks location. It was nice that they offer parking validation, makes parking a little least stressful if you don’t live downtown. Five dollars for a bottle of water was a bit insane lol, but that what I get for not being prepared. Phillips energy was amazing and I’m happy I got to attend one of his first classes back. I couldn’t have chosen a better time to come, it’s “hell week”. I plan to book during the rest of the week

    Looooooved Olivia’s energy! Playlist was banger after banger, and I loved that she was super motivational without being too pushy. I walked out the door feeling really accomplished and strong which was exactly what I needed today. The studio is cute too! Clean, nice facilities, and very kind staff. I can’t wait to come back this class!

    Loved this sequence. The Pilates movement on the rower and the use of resistance bands was great! Loved the slower pace which truly focused more on strength than cardio. Would love to see more lower leg day sequences like this!
