すべてのレビューを表示I had a really great facial and massage and I was happy with my service, however, I echo other reviewers that it's frustrating you can hear other clients during the service. The dividers between stations don't go all the way up to the ceiling, and I had a client next to me who would not stop talking the entire time I was there. It was very distracting and didn't allow me to fully relax unfortunately :/

Algecira was my massage therapist and she was polite, informative, and gave a fabulous massage. Don’t be fooled by the building lobby, the spa is located on the 3rd floor and is very clean and organized. I highly recommend any massage with Algecira!

すべてのレビューを表示It’s my third time back to ERT because I’m absolutely OBSESSED with the amazing work that Estefany does. I’m now coming in for a facial every 1-2 months because I’m hooked on how amazing my skin looks and feels. Two years ago, I had a very poor experience at a MedSpa that microneedled my skin too deep, so my skin barrier was wrecked and it ruined my skin for a few months. I was really put off by going to the spa for a while with my acne-prone, hormonal, reactive, oily, and sensitive skin; however, Estefany made me completely change my mind. She tailors her treatment for me based on what she assesses my skin needs. She literally goes above and beyond, so I’m running out of things to say in my reviews—she’s that good. In particular, the before and after results of her clients doing Cell Story treatments are absolutely insane, and I am planning to purchase the treatment package in the fall (its liquid Microneedling and more gentle on the skin). Because Estefany truly cares about her client’s skin, she could’ve easily convinced me to book the treatment as soon as possible, BUT NO she suggested that I wait for the fall time to have even better results. Going to ERT, you are in the BEST HANDS 🙌 I love love love ERT and HIGHLY recommend it to anyone looking for a facial worth your time and money.
