But I don’t think it was fully cured thoroughly so nails have been very soft and still sticky for the next week and I don’t have my UV lamp to fix.

The basic pedi I got took all of 20 minutes. The tech barely acknowledged me and I felt more of an inconvenience than anything. I get that everyone has off days, and all in all she did a good job at the actual service, but I felt unwelcomed.

I’m now coming in for a facial every 1-2 months because I’m hooked on how amazing my skin looks and feels. Two years ago, I had a very poor experience at a MedSpa that microneedled my skin too deep, so my skin barrier was wrecked and it ruined my skin for a few months. I was really put off by going to the spa for a while with my acne-prone, hormonal, reactive, oily, and sensitive skin; however, Estefany made me completely change my mind. She tailors her treatment for me based on what she assesses my skin needs. She literally goes above and beyond, so I’m running out of things to say in my reviews—she’s that good. In particular, the before and after results of her clients doing Cell Story treatments are absolutely insane, and I am planning to purchase the treatment package in the fall (its liquid Microneedling and more gentle on the skin). Because Estefany truly cares about her client’s skin, she could’ve easily convinced me to book the treatment as soon as possible, BUT NO she suggested that I wait for the fall time to have even better results. Going to ERT, you are in the BEST HANDS 🙌 I love love love ERT and HIGHLY recommend it to anyone looking for a facial worth your time and money.

Unfortunately it didn't last nearly as long as i had hoped even though I filled the instructions to a T. And when I wore sneakers 2 days after, a lot of the tanner rubbed off so my feet looked crazy. I would go back but would maybe plan differently if it was for an event.
