すべてのレビューを表示John is a legend, who knows his stuff. He has created a real close knit community, where everyone who steps through the door feels accepted and comfortable. I loved the bilateral/unilateral strength split working opposing muscle groups. I’d highly recommend AGOGA for anyone who wants the ultimate boutique gym experience and education on proper form and training.
