Recommend doing the 1hr EESystem session followed by 20 min sauna session, and ending with a nice salt both session to help you clear your mind, unwind, get rid of toxins and improve your immune system!! 100% recommend. The staff is very helpful and explain how everything works!! Try it out!!!
