すべてのレビューを表示Love mobility classes. Wish Lisa had more sessions each week. These are great compliment to my work out routine, specially now. I notice how mobility helps with all the other things I do. Lisa is an incredibly knowledgeable teacher that can read a room like no one else so the class flows really well and you have all sorts of modifications you can do so it easy to feel like you are fitting in and getting something out of it. Highly recommend.

すべてのレビューを表示The class was canceled and class pass did not inform me so I showed up. Didn’t get my credits back but they let me use their facilities for the day and gave me a free Gatorade so I’ll chalk it up as a happy change of plans!
