The facilities are fantastic I personally used the pressure therapy suite and the LED bed, and it was a totally uplifting and beautiful experience. Louise was amazing so welcoming and attentive and I can’t wait to try the other facilities, like the oxygen chamber and the cold plunges. If you're looking for a wellness space that truly cares, this is it. Highly, highly recommend
