すべてのレビューを表示The class was amazing! There was a great mixture of strength training, Pilates, and yoga. The instructor was wonderful. She guided us through a lot of different exercises but also making sure to switch up difficult routines with easier ones to help us maintain our momentum. The classes ended with a few minutes of stretching and yoga which was nice to cool down. The studio was also really clean, inviting, and easy to find.

すべてのレビューを表示This gym is incredible & my experience has made me decide to only using my credits here. The trainers were so friendly & helpful. This place specializes in training for functional strength, & all trainers have been formally trained by 5x Olympic athlete (Jorge Bonnet), who developed the Purmotion equipment in this gym. All exercises are designed to align your body better & build functional strength for both sport athletes and non-sport athletes alike. Highly recommend. Underrated
They focus on character development as well as game changing athletic performance…
