すべてのレビューを表示Janina is a lovely person inside and out and created such a calming and beautiful studio. Great full body Pilates workout with challenging movements but never had to hold for too long and/or did not feel there were too many repetitions. Highly recommend you check out her Zen space!

すべてのレビューを表示Super friendly instructor and she stayed to chat with me to meet me which was really nice. The pace was great for the flow and restore class, as I was just getting back into yoga again and needed to get used to the hot room. It was seriously hot. I sweat a lot, which is great. Don’t forget to bring your own towel. Anyone new to hot yoga should know not to be afraid to take breaks when you need it. The darkened room with candles helps.. All in all, great small friendly studio in my neighborhood and I’ll be back.

すべてのレビューを表示Really nice experience my first time at Babage. Such a spacious and beautiful studio with lockers, props available, gift shop, tea/water station, parking! And Amy’s candlelit yin-style class incorporated a diverse mix of elements to really deepen relaxation- from meditation and breath work, to mantras/chants, a little bit of flow from the floor, and long holds accompanied by sound bath. Exactly the stress relief I was looking for :)
