すべてのレビューを表示Claudia was an AMAZING teacher. We had a mix of people who had never taken a pilates class and others who were very advanced. Claudia was able to describe the exercise and cue in a way that everyone was able to follow along. She offered specific modifications for several people’s injuries while still keeping the class flow. Excellent teacher. Can’t wait to take her class again.

すべてのレビューを表示This must be one of Rock Creek sports club’s most popular class as it was pretty much full! The class was fairly advanced in my opinion with the option to try out headstands. I got a good workout in and enjoyed myself.
