すべてのレビューを表示The instructor was amazing and so fun! And all staff were super friendly. It was my first class and they helped explain everything before class. It was definitely a challenging workout but you can take breaks or slow down if you need to

すべてのレビューを表示The instructor was great, and the cycling studio was excellent. One thing that could be improved is the resistance adjustment knob. My leg occasionally touched it during the class, causing the resistance to suddenly drop from 50 to 0. This could be a safety issue and should be addressed.

She pushes you pretty hard so if you have knee issues or you’re a beginner like me, I would pace yourself because it’s a hell of a workout even harder than some of the other ones I’ve been to, but very, very good and I felt energized and inspired. Thanks for a great Sunday ride.

すべてのレビューを表示Enthusiastic and attentive teacher. He did a lot to make sure that I understood the bikes. You have to have a good German, but you can also just look around and figure out what folks are doing as long as you can count you can definitely participate. This is a much smaller cycling studio, which has a very nice vibe. They try to be creative with music. I did the flower power one which was a lot of throwback hits. He mentioned they’ll do a best movie themed one too, so it’s a little different than the techno blasting and most of the studios that mixing things up was really nice. Thanks for an incredible workout and I will be back!
