    I've been taking her classes at Cyclebar on & off for the past 5 years now, and I can say without a doubt that MINDY'S THE BEST! She's always got a great playlist to ride to, and she brings so much positive energy, vibes, & motivation to her classes, which makes those 45 minutes of intense cardio seem to fly by. If you're new to Cyclebar or spin cycling in general, *definitely* start with one of Mindy's classes!

    ROK YOUR BODY SCULPT

    This was probably my favorite Bodyrok class to date! i loved the glute exercises - many not so frequent exercises for side glutes. Megan did a great job providing modifications at every level. great music too! will definitely be booking again.
