すべてのレビューを表示Really nice gym. The equipment is boujie and the space was clean. Great lighting and lots of space. The class was three 12 minute circuits. I got a good pump in but didn't think it was very challenging, just a guided weightlifting session. Kemper was a great instructor and was attentive with everyone in class. I'll be excited to come back again and try more classes here.

すべてのレビューを表示This yin class was AMAZING. My lower back and hips feel great. There were long holds on some great poses that really helped me with tightness in back and hips. It was still incredibly relaxing.

すべてのレビューを表示I really enjoyed this class! The studio was lovely, I received a free mat rental as a first comer and everyone was welcoming. Its the busiest yoga class I’ve been for a while and I can see why this is a popular studio. Petit was lovely and I enjoyed her instructions; lots of options given.
