    Excellent class, it seemed like she knew what movements my body needed. That serendipity aside, I’d say Shannon is a seasoned and comfortable instructor, she can fit in tons of info in her instructions without it being overwhelming. She pointed out which muscles to engage, which body parts to move toward or away from each other. I left feeling worked, sweaty, and in my body. I’ll definitely choose her classes again.

    Class was great! I went at 10:30 and it was a perfect class size. Everyone was supportive and equally out of breath. Pretty sure I won’t walk tomorrow but I loved it!!

    Skye is such an encouraging, fun and sweet instructor. I was intimidated by some of the moves initially, but they break them down and keep everything easy to follow. A great all around workout to leave you smiling!
