He asked about any injuries in the beginning of the class and made sure to help make adjustments to avoid aggravating my injury and instead strengthen the surrounding muscles. He also checked in on everyone and helped tweak form throughout the class. Then at the end he provided some helpful tips to help with strengthening, further injury prevention, and recovery. She had a super cute poem at the end about Daffodils that really lifted my spirit. The studio was comfortable but I will say the sound quality was somewhat poor. She’s also so gentle that after chatting in the beginning of the appointment— I almost fall asleep, which is unlike me. The relaxing music and warm bed make the whole experience so calming. Anna is genuinely sweet and really talented at customizing lash styles — she adjusted the pattern from what I used to get (at a different shop) and created a look that enhances my eye shape and look. Dr.Chen was very informative and talked through my medical history and effects of hormonal imbalances and stress on the body! Most of the initial is discussing past and doing some physical movements for her to check your structure, but ended with some light needles around my feet and head (15mins of resting with them in). Overall, felt very safe and relaxed, especially with this being so new to me - would definitely recommend!

Staff was friendly and explained the results in terms of wellbeing and prevention. I also did the infrared sauna pod, which helps with lymphatic drainage. It was really relaxing and was a good intro to their wellness model. I booked a few other sessions while I was there for the introductory package for things that are not yet offered on ClassPass, and I’m excited to return!
