From start to finish, her attention to detail and skill were obvious — but what really stood out was the massage portion of the treatment. She’s also so gentle that after chatting in the beginning of the appointment— I almost fall asleep, which is unlike me. The relaxing music and warm bed make the whole experience so calming. Anna is genuinely sweet and really talented at customizing lash styles — she adjusted the pattern from what I used to get (at a different shop) and created a look that enhances my eye shape and look. Dr.Chen was very informative and talked through my medical history and effects of hormonal imbalances and stress on the body! Most of the initial is discussing past and doing some physical movements for her to check your structure, but ended with some light needles around my feet and head (15mins of resting with them in). Overall, felt very safe and relaxed, especially with this being so new to me - would definitely recommend!
