    This was my first time taking a Cycle Bar class and Erin was AWESOME! The playlist was great and she really made me feel empowered to push to the end to release all of the baggage I mentally carried. I highly recommend taking her class.

    Danny is the best!! He is always super friendly and welcoming, and he always greats students before class(not every instructor does this so I really appreciate it)! His instructions were super clear, I never once felt lost in the class. He also explained how the bike works and proper techniques before the class. Playlist is also 🔥, and he challenges you to do your best! Seriously my favorite instructor at BHN!!
