I have bad back and hip issues from child birth and Hannah provides clear guidance on each movement, ensuring everyone felt comfortable and confident throughout the workout. She was attentive to form and offered helpful adjustments, making it accessible for all levels. The class was challenging but energizing, with a great balance of strength, flexibility, and endurance. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a supportive and motivating barre experience!

    Pilates Reformer Grooves

    I really enjoy this instructor; she is not only beautiful but also very attentive and corrects your movements. However, the atmosphere in the studio is not good. There are three personal training sessions and two group classes happening simultaneously in the same space, which makes it very noisy and difficult to focus. It’s hard to tell whether your instructor is speaking or if it's someone else nearby. That said, this is one of the few Pilates studios in the area, so I hope they can find ways to improve the environment in the future.

    Cliff is an amazing, fun and really experienced instructor. There was a woman next to me (her first time) and she said she came to “watch” but she danced too , it’s impossible to sit still in his class. All levels appeared to be welcome and his instruction is so easy to follow you’ll get your groove on even if you’ve never danced w him before.

    I have never taken a Barre clas before. Haley made sure to make me feel welcomed, explained the workout and made sure to provide corrections and guidance. I had so much fun!     I am so sore!! Great workout. Gioconda was attentive to form and very helpful throughout the class. I appreciated how interactive the class was and how she used knowledge of who’s newer to correct poor form in a friendly/professional manner and presented alternative positions for those with past injuries.     SUCH a great zen class!! i appreciate how focused she is on body sensations, it was helpful to know where I should be feeling pinches, stretches, etc. It was a little warm in the studio, but the instructor turned that into something positive by setting a shared intention to *melt.* Totally reframed how I approached my practice today, and changed it for the better !!
