En toen besefte ik mij hoe slecht mijn postuur de afgelopen weken was geweest en hoeveel stress er was opgebouwd in mijn lichaam. Na de sessie voelde ik mij gelijk een stuk beter, en misschien zit het in m’n hoofd, ook iets langer. Bedankt!
