すべてのレビューを表示Excellent Yin yoga class. Very relaxing, detailed instructions, and experienced yoga teacher. The bolster, blocks, weighted eye mask and other equipment was already in place when I arrived, so all I had to do was bring my yoga mat and lay down. The studio is very spacious and well lit. I enjoyed the Tibetan singing bowls and also the rose and hibiscus tea at the end. I came in with a shoulder ache caused by my own bad posture, and left with no ache at all. 10/10 would do this again!

すべてのレビューを表示It was a real treat attending the class. Deb was warm, welcoming and supportive with gentle encouragement and thoughtful praise. The studio, and the other guests, had a wonderful energy. I also really enjoyed the practice - it was slow yet challenging - perfect for me as someone revisiting her fitness journey looking for diverse ways to move.

すべてのレビューを表示I’ve done various sound baths around the peninsula in South Bay and I can’t remember the last time I down regulated into such a relaxed state so quickly until this sound bath session. Veronique was such an experienced and gentle sound healer, and I felt totally safe and calm so quickly in her hands and I came into this experience really stressed and frazzled from work related stress and the fact that I was able to get so deep into calm so quickly and just completely feel myself let go and be in a state of mental rest during this was incredible. Would highly recommend this class, just hoping that for the express class they adjust the credits down from nine, but I will say it was totally worth it.

The session was mostly centered around my sciatica and not only has the pain disappeared but my legs are so much looser I barely recognize them. My nervous system and mood had improved significantly in the work. In my meditation later that evening I felt so much more energy that it was almost scary. Do note that facia work can be painful so if you are sensitive to this communicate it on the call before booking.
