I waited an extra 30 minutes before I was seated… The person who helped me apologized for the long wait and thanked me for being so patient. She finished removing the acrylics and buffing my nails within 5 minutes 😀

She was very patient and swatched a few colors on my nails when I couldn't decide. Since I booked the enhanced manicure, it included a hand mask which made my hands really soft and nice.
