すべてのレビューを表示This was definitely something different for me, for the full moon as was mentioned, which I appreciated! It was definitely challenging, I was sore for 2 days after! Unique poses & transitions. Definitely more Hatha than Vinyasa imo, but holding poses for longer is challenging! I was still able to be present because my muscles were working so hard LOL

I did notice the other students wore leotards and tights with the ballerina bun hair, but I was just in workout pants and a tank top (and ballet shoes.)
