The reception has you fill out a form asking what you’d like to focus on, which is good, but I didn’t feel like my attendant used the info provided. Still, the space is quiet and clean, and I’ve been here before and would come back.

Then it was followed by hair wash and scalp treatment . I was treated by Bubl and she was really good. I enjoyed the experience and it was relaxing. A long time ago (>1 year), I had to explain that I was on classpass as they weren't super familiar, but since then it has been clear it's a prepaid reservation. I like this place since their staff gives strong massages, Amy and Mary have been the best so far, but everyone has been very good. If you want softer or stronger pressure, you just have to tell them.
