    Fun class. It was the start of the monthly circuits so we got some explanation of the exercises we should be doing. I would not recommend this class if you need a lot of hands on instruction or preferred to be told/reminded of the structure step by step but it was still a good workout! There was some mixups at the front desk for clients assigned spots so there was a lot of spot shifting at the beginning of the class which was quite disruptive, wished the desk staff was a bit more tactful with that process.

    First time at Barry’s! Definitely a challenging class, but I loved it. You can go at whatever pace you feel comfortable at, even if it’s lower/slower than what the instructor tells you to do! Absolutely no judgment from anyone, and there was a lot of encouragement from my peers. I’ve been looking for a class that had some more cardio than strength/weight training, and I felt like this class had a good balance of both (treadmill + bench). I will definitely be coming back!

    Friendly atmosphere and attentive instructor and owner! The owner immediately greeted me and asked about any injuries, and the instructor did a great job about making sure everyone’s form was on point. The owner also gave me some great resources related to my own injury and desire to return to running. One of the regulars introduced herself right off the bat since I had never been before, which was so nice! It seems like they have created a strong community. And of course the class gave me a solid workout! Beginner-friendly but easy for more advanced people to push themselves. I also liked that they tape out sections on the floor for people to space out! It makes it much easier to not encroach on other people’s space.

She explained the general outline of the class and was so encouraging. The class was challenging but not so fast in the flow portions that I felt I couldn't keep up which was great.     First time trying out an F45 class and it was a great workout! The trainers demonstrated how to do the workouts before class starts and they walk around correcting form as you are completing the work outs, which I loved! There’s 45 second circuits and we did 10 stations, 3 times. Great workout and the trainers were really friendly! Would recommend!

    Great class! The gym itself is incredibly spacious much bigger than the other F45 gyms I’ve been in. The class was half size so you could get additional input from the coaches. The coaches do a good job of walking around the class and providing modifications, tips to do to improve form, and encourage you as a member. Sunnyvale has a different set up than most F45s with MWF being strength days and T/Th/S classes being cardio/hybrid days. After class, I used their showers which were well maintained. I was offered a towel as needed. Shower was spacious and had shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hairdryers within the space. I will be returning eagerly!
