Zoe understood exactly what I wanted and she gave it to me without issue, plus she was super friendly and I enjoyed spending my time with her while she cut my hair. It may have been that I was running late but my stylist didn’t ask me how I wanted my hair or made conversation with me at all. Stylist did do a good job and I was content with my blow out, but I would have loved for her to take into account what I wanted as I wanted something with more body and face framing volume. Overall I’d try it out again.

すべてのレビューを表示They do a great job here and the woman who did end up doing my hair was amazing, but it was very awkward and she did not understand that I had already paid for it on ClassPass and thought I still needed to pay. I don’t know what happened with my appointment. They seemed a little bit confused when I came in and ended up squeezing me in. I never saw Britney who I later realized us who my appointment was with. Some better communication from class pass would have been nice but the salon it’s self provides good services.

I sent a few photos of my current hair and if my hair could achieve the cut I was looking for. Atsuko helped me get the look and now I have volume, layers, face framing pieces, and cut.
