すべてのレビューを表示first time here and i love the studio! there’s a shower in the back which i greatly appreciate and multiple solo bathrooms. i did the yoga sculpt with Ana. one thing is they only have 2, 3, and 8 lb weights. i saw one 5lb weight but wish there were more! hopefully will be back again for another class!

すべてのレビューを表示Christa is a great teacher! The room was warm enough to help you break a sweat but not too hot. There was a steady flow and pace of the class with time to practice balancing poses and handstands. Will definitely take again

すべてのレビューを表示This is one of the better instructors at Crunch. First, she actually focuses on strength training & building strength, which is one of the main reasons I go to classes. Second, she encourages modifications, taking things at your own pace & doing what's best for you, which I really appreciate and think is important. I also liked the music she played.
