    Reshape Rebuild

    Marieca is great but this music is SO SO SO loud in all Broadgate reshape classes. I understand that it’s meant to pump people up, but I regularly do similar workout classes (Barry’s, Psycle etc) and the music is never even close to the level of 1Rebel. It’s seriously damaging and I can’t imagine the decibel level is healthy to be exposed to for even an hour. Similar establishments also usually give out earplugs for free (e.g. Psycle) and it’s criminal they don’t do the same at this 1Rebel

    Climb To The Beat

    Instructor had fabulous energy- the ultimate hype woman. Workout itself made me feel a bit like a hamster on a wheel cos you need to use all your limbs and it’s quite repetitive. Class was in a dark flashy room but amazing views from the open gym. Facilities and amenities are nice but changing rooms are quite small for the size of the gym.

    Beginners - Dynamic Reformer Pilates

    Really enjoyed the class. She demonstrated everything on the machine, did corrections on the posture, great energy, and suggested different levels of difficulty depending on your ability.

    THE FUNDAMENTALS

    Caroline was a great teacher - funny and informative, making sure we were doing each move correctly. I learnt a lot from this class! The gym in itself is pretty amazing and the woman on reception gave me a very warm welcome. Overall, I had a good experience!

    I liked how helpful and encouraging everyone were. The challenge level is upon you to set by choosing the right weights for yourself. My body is a lil sore the next day after the session but in a good way, not in a painful way. Would suggest to get there early to set up for the class.
