What a beautiful place! It was my first time to try yin yoga and the instructor was fantastic. She pushed just enough to feel past my limit but very careful not to hurt me. Sound healing at the end was a great way to end the session. Highly recommend! And the place itself is amazing, you can hear the birds and truly feel away from Bangkok busyness.

Great facilities, great service. Not a true sport massage but more like aroma deep tissue but it did do the job. helping with the stiff and soreness from the exercise. best place to give yourself a break and rest. highly recommended.
