The space is fantastic, with the open turf arena and plenty of room for the class stations. The workout was challenging, music was great, and Jen took the time to help me with exercises that I wasn’t familiar with. I’ll definitely go back!

すべてのレビューを表示It was not run as a class and more like a go at your own pace workout with different exercise stations., the owner-instructor was welcoming and introduced me to everyone there (a small group) and made sure I knew what to do, first with a regular while he was occupied, and then he came around with me to each station to tell me how to do each exercise.effectively. It was definitely a great workout!
