I attended his meditation practices last year and have always appreciated his grounded presence and calm energy. What I value most is how he shares meditation in such an accessible and reassuring way,reminding us that thoughts will come, and that it’s perfectly okay to simply observe them and let them pass without attachment. The classes are definitely a good workout for beginners too, but she creates a great balance by offering different options for all levels. She was very kind, reassuring, and made me feel comfortable throughout the session. Even though the treatment can be a bit painful, she managed to make the experience much more pleasant, and I already felt a lot of relief afterwards. I would definitely recommend Dinda and dry needling if you’re dealing with similar pain!

Had massage, dry needling and some electro thingy to calm down the muscles. Everything was explained clearly before every action so I know what to expect. Will come back again!

She immediately understood where the tension and muscle problems were and worked very professionally and with the perfect amount of pressure. You can really tell that she knows what she’s doing, not just relaxing, but actually helping the body recover. I left feeling completely refreshed, lighter, and moving so much better afterwards. She did a detailed assessment of my shoulder issue and provided multiple therapies like ultrasound, massage gun based and mild electrode therapy. I felt comforted and really relaxed. However, it is lacking in a lot of equipment - most notably an elliptical machine (despite having FIVE exercise bikes and only one treadmill). I saw the F45 logo on a lot, so perhaps the equipment is leftover from one of those setups. There was also absolutely no sanitizing wipes available anywhere that I could see, which was shocking. However, the perks are that I never had to wait for equipment, the staff was super friendly and the lil recovery area was a treat after my workout. I would go again at the price point with managed expectations and adjusted workout routines in mind for missing equipment.
