    Excellent teacher, but the vinyasa section was more energetic than I'd expected for a wind down session. I'd forgotten the description said the second part of the class was nidra, so ended up opting out. (Knee issues and recovering from flu meant I was looking for something gentler.) No judgment, no intimidating "tough guy" attitude - just pure patience and genuine interest in helping me learn.What really stood out was how personal the whole experience felt. Alex took time to understand what I was comfortable with, adjusted the pace when I needed it, and somehow made me feel like I'd been doing this forever. Even when I was awkwardly fumbling with the wraps or completely messing up combinations, he kept the energy positive and encouraging.The best part?
