Her exercises aren’t complicated and perfect for getting exactly what you want out of your class — to know that you CAN amplify (but don’t have to) and are encouraged to do your best and push yourself with a good pulse. I feel so welcomed, and she always remembers my name, even after not attending her class for a while. I can’t wait to take her class again.

She introduced a variety of cycling positions/moves that I hadn’t tried before, and I loved it. Her class was a tough workout, but I appreciated that she pushed us to challenge ourselves.

すべてのレビューを表示I feel like classes at Rev’d tend to be very choreography heavy compared to other cycling studios I’ve been to. It can sometimes feel like cycling is an afterthought. Mullainy’s class positively stood out to me because he balanced the choreography and cycling well.

すべてのレビューを表示Great class and impressive facilities. I appreciated the full locker room and amenities for those coming before or after work. The class was a lot of fun and the moves were pretty easy to follow even as a first timer. The sequences were repeated which I appreciated. The class was evenly divided between trampoline bouncing (cardio, though not super intense) and 🔥 strength moves using resistance bands. Reminder to the mamas out there… there is trampoline bouncing involved so prepare accordingly (you know what I mean!).

すべてのレビューを表示Uma’s class was very relaxing. I liked how she offered modifications for poses, had a calming and soothing voice, and encouraged meditation and positive affirmations. The candlelight part of the class was underwhelming as they didn’t emit much light. I wish they had added more candles to add to the ambience. Otherwise, it was a good class.
