    I love Brando at SoulCycle Back Bay! He keeps me coming back to Soul. He’s full of energy and a great leader — it’s easy to follow his instructions while feeling welcome at all levels in his classes. He’s also just hilarious so I laugh all class and really enjoy the workout. He encourages us to cheer on our neighbors and embrace the energy we’ve created in the room. I love his enthusiasm for his themed classes and I’m already signed up for his next one!

    The front staff was super sweet and helpful. Lots of equipment, clean facility. Locker room was huge with sauna, jacuzzi, and steam room. I could have spent much longer here - will return!

    Greg always makes an evening class fly by! Loved the variation in upper body tonight — benches were inclined, and rows were incorporated into time on the tread. Music was spectacular as always. Would love to continue to see new additions to the exercises!!

    Great class and impressive facilities. I appreciated the full locker room and amenities for those coming before or after work. The class was a lot of fun and the moves were pretty easy to follow even as a first timer. The sequences were repeated which I appreciated. The class was evenly divided between trampoline bouncing (cardio, though not super intense) and 🔥 strength moves using resistance bands. Reminder to the mamas out there… there is trampoline bouncing involved so prepare accordingly (you know what I mean!).
